I had a wonderful stay at Vintage Am Bundesbank-Bunker in Cochem. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home and welcomed. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the shower was top-notch with its double glass doors and spacious bathroom. The room itself was a good size and had plenty of natural light from the two windows. I particularly enjoyed the view of the village from my room. Even though the weather was cool during my visit, I was able to keep the windows open and stay comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing breakfast they served. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had while traveling, with a great selection of hot and cold food, as well as some surprises. I also loved the communal kitchen where I could make coffee anytime, and the option to purchase wine and beer to enjoy on the terrace. I highly recommend staying at Vintage Am Bundesbank-Bunker.
It was all superb! 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view of the Mosel river valley and Cochem castle from our room at Hotel Vintage. It was a magical sight to wake up to every morning. The spacious room and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided a great start to our day of exploring. Despite the slight inconvenience of no elevator, the friendly staff made up for it with their warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend Hotel Vintage for a delightful stay in Cochem.

The stylish superior double rooms at Hotel Vintage Am Bundesbank-Bunker are absolutely amazing! The high-gloss furniture, real wood parquet, and large terrace with sun loungers make you feel like you're in a luxury resort. The view of the Moselle valley is breathtaking, and the 48" Full HD Smart TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the modern bathroom on the ground floor of the stylish standard double rooms to be a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others may enjoy having easy access to it.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful vintage furniture and artwork. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with well-lit hallways and elevator access to all floors.
It would have been nice to have more assistance from the staff specifically trained to understand the needs of senior guests, such as providing additional support or information about local attractions suitable for older individuals.

Good breakfast options and helpful staff
During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in Cochem and was quite satisfied with my experience. The breakfast options were really good with a nice variety to choose from. The staff were also quite helpful and made sure that we were comfortable. the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was close to the town's main attractions.
There were a few downsides to our stay as well. there was no elevator in the hotel which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up to our room.

We found the location of the hotel a bit difficult to access. It's up a long hill from the center, so walking down to the old town or overcrowded restaurants might not be suitable for everyone. However, once you reach the hotel, you'll enjoy the amazing terrace that offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a good variety to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing excellent facilities such as a big smart TV that works with your phone.
We did find one issue with this hotel. The lack of an elevator could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Getting to this hotel wasn't difficult and it was in a great location, downhill and within easy walking distance of the old town. The breakfast was amazing and featured a wide range of food items. The staff were really helpful and spoke partly in English.
Everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a charming residential area, tucked away on a hillside. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town area of Cochem, but still easily accessible by public transport or boat. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities taken care of. I particularly loved the large terrace, perfect for enjoying the scenic views. The breakfast spread was simply wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was great at this hotel, no improvements needed!

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town area, on a hillside with easy access to public transport and boat rides. Guests enjoyed the spacious rooms with large balconies offering views of the village. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options. Other facilities included a communal kitchen, mini bar, and free tea and coffee.
Some guests reported an incident where the cleaning lady entered their room without knocking, causing discomfort.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights during our holiday and we were pleasantly surprised. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of cold meats and hot food options. we enjoyed the free tea and coffee provided onsite which was a great touch. We also had access to a communal kitchen, which came in handy when we wanted to save some money and cook our meals. the terrace was fantastic, overlooking breathtaking scenery, which made it the ideal spot for a glass of wine.
The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main town and up a steep hill, which made walking up a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage. Another downside was that there was no elevator, which may be a big problem for people with mobility issues.
